We returned to Duns for the Jim Clark Celebration Weekend at Duns Castle—marking 60 years since Clark’s legendary 1965 season. From shaking Sir Jackie Stewart’s hand to seeing Dario Franchitti lead a hill run, it was a day of unforgettable moments and stunning machines.

On a sunny drive through the Scottish Borders, we found ourselves in Duns—home to the Jim Clark Museum. With its elegant trophy room, vivid race cars, and interactive displays, it’s a quiet but powerful tribute to one of motorsport’s greatest talents.

Soaked to the skin and grinning like fools, we stood just metres from some of the quickest hillclimb cars in the world. Doune might not offer sunshine, but it delivers adrenaline in spades. From chatting with British Championship competitors to meeting F1 aerodynamicist Willem Toet in the rain, it was a day we won’t forget.
